Legacy Property Solutions, LLC is an experienced building company based in beautiful Mountain View that designs and builds high-quality homes throughout North-Central Arkansas. Service, integrity, and craftsmanship distinguish every Legacy project. Founded in 2021, Legacy Property Solutions focuses on custom, new construction homes. The business is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Andrew and Lauren Allcorn. Andrew is a licensed contractor and third generation carpenter. Lauren brings to our team ten years of service experience, a passion for customer experience, and a spirit of excellence while assisting each client through the building process. We work closely with each client to turn dreams into reality through a professional, collaborative process. We desire to see every client realize their unique vision for their home and believe that if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.

Andrew was born and raised in Mountain View, Arkansas. He attended high school at Mountain View and went on to graduate from College of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri where he excelled in New Construction. After college, Andrew worked in St. Louis doing commercial trenching and excavating and held a Laborer’s card. After his time in Missouri, Andrew returned home to Mountain View to follow his passion, carpentry. He joined his father, Larry “Popcorn” Allcorn, who he worked with daily for the last several years of Larry's career. Larry came to work for Legacy Property Solutions for the last six months of his life and was able to enjoy semi-retirement. He passed away unexpectedly in 2022, but what a legacy he left behind. He was an incredible man and an incredible carpenter.

Pictured leaning against a vehicle (below) is Sam Everett, Andrew's grandfather. Sam taught Andrew’s dad, Larry, and Larry taught Andrew. We like to say there’s sawdust in our blood. There’s something really special about driving through Stone County and seeing quality homes that have stood the test of time that Sam and "Popcorn" built. We’re thankful for our chance to leave our mark on the county we love, too!
